We don’t see our patrons as customers. We treat them like friends and guests. We try to engage on a more personal level getting to know the names of the regulars and are always happy to see new faces for the first time.

Quite simply, quality of the food we serve using ingredients of the highest quality, prepared health consciously and served to you by staff who have been trained extensively in offering guest service that is second to none. To us it’s about the whole experience for the guest. Sure, the food is important. But so are all the other aspects of any dining experience. How do we define our food? Big portions of American style breakfast and brunch food. Some call it comfort food. Others call it a hangover cure. Either way, we like to consider it the best around of it’s type. It’s no surprise, therefore, that we are the busiest café in Glasgow on a Saturday and Sunday morning and afternoon.
Our service is unmatched. It is quick, efficient, professional, cheerful and understanding. We always aim to make sure that all of our guests leave satisfied and we always attempt to rectify any issues that invariably surface from time to time. Nobody is perfect but we aim to be as close to perfect as possible.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The music is carefully selected so as to allow our guests to relax so they can chat, read a book , our newspapers or surf the free internet provided without intrusion or distraction. The café itself is always kept to the highest of standards of cleanliness and presentation. Nothing bugs us more than when we walk into a café to find an empty table with used cups and saucers on it.
